Cancellation Policy

Collaborative Consultants reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make it nonviable. Should circumstance arise that result in the postponement or cancellation of a workshop, registrants will be able to transfer their registration to credit for a future workshop.

If you have circumstances that require you to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible and we will provide you with a credit to attend a future workshop. If you choose not to attend the workshop, for whatever reason, without notification to Collaborative Consultants before the start date and time of the workshop, your registration fee is subject to full forfeiture.

You may substitute another person in your place instead of cancelling. Please inform us if you plan to send someone else in your place.

Please note, all credits expire one (1) year from the date of the cancelled workshop.
